"I'm not here to rush you. I'm here to walk alongside you—and stay until you get there."
The Stonefield philosophy

A relationship,
not a transaction.

I built Stonefield because homeownership shouldn't feel like running a gauntlet. Too many families are capable, ready, and motivated—but keep hitting walls that weren't designed for their story.

I'm not here to rush you or reduce you to a credit score. I'm here to walk alongside you and tell you the truth about what it will take—and stay with you until you get there.

Most programs think in terms of approvals. Stonefield thinks in terms of people staying intact—emotionally and financially—while they work toward that approval. Change happens with the client, not to them.

"We know this system—and we respect your journey through it. We don't rescue. We equip, empower, and walk alongside for the long haul." — Tyree Farmer, Founder

And we don't stop at closing. Most programs do. Stonefield's most important work begins after the keys are in your hand.

How Tyree operates

The values that guide everything

Transparency & Trust

Clarity over confusion. Honesty over optics. Clients always know where they stand, what's next, and why—from the first conversation to the long-term legacy.

Perseverance

Progress is not linear. Stonefield normalizes setbacks and builds systems that support sustained effort—not quick wins. The journey can take years. That's okay.

Empathy

Every client is treated as a whole person, not a problem to fix. Emotional safety is a prerequisite for success—at every stage of the journey.

Expertise

Compassion paired with real knowledge and process. Stonefield partners with lenders, realtors, estate planners, and advisors who share these values.

Opportunity

Future-focused and generationally-minded—helping clients move from survival to possibility to legacy, with realistic pathways at every stage.

Legacy

The work isn't done at closing. It's done when the next generation inherits something real—a home, a plan, a foundation that lasts.

The meaning behind the name

Stone. Field. Stewardship.

Stone

Permanence. Trust. Weight.

Things that endure—not just years, but generations. A foundation that doesn't shift with the market or the moment.

Field

Openness. Possibility. Growth.

Space for families to build and flourish. Not a wall—an opening. Room to become something more than you were.

The Mark

Steps, not walls.

The stacked horizontal lines represent progress, not pressure. A path, not a finish line. Layers of a foundation built to last for generations.
